- How many bedrooms does Palmera have?

- Three full bathrooms.
- What are the bed configurations?
- A king bed in the primary suite, a king bed in the second suite, two full-size beds in the third bedroom, and custom built-in bunks in the bunk nook.
- Does Palmera have two king bedrooms?
- Yes — two separate bedrooms, each with a king bed.
- Are the bunk beds built in?
- Yes. The bunks are custom built-in, designed as a purpose-built bunk nook rather than freestanding beds.
- How close is Palmera to the pool?
- Palmera is a poolside residence in Adagio's D building — the pool area is steps from the door.
- How close is the beach?
- Palmera is one of the closest poolside residences to Adagio's private Gulf-front beach; it's a short, easy walk with no elevators involved.
- Is Palmera on the first floor?
- Yes, Palmera is a first-floor corner residence.
- Is an elevator required?
- No. You walk straight in from the first floor.
- Does Palmera have a large TV?
- Yes — a 75-inch Roku Pro Series TV in the living room.
- Are there TVs in the bedrooms?
- Yes, every bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV.
- Does the kitchen have filtered water?
- Yes, the main refrigerator provides filtered drinking water.
- Is filtered ice available?
- Yes, filtered ice in the kitchen — plus an Adagio ice machine right outside for filling beach coolers.
- Is there a separate wine refrigerator?
- Yes, Palmera has a dedicated wine refrigerator in addition to the main refrigerator.
- Does Adagio have multiple pools?
- Yes. Adagio's grounds include a large three-tier pool as well as a Gulf-front pool.
- Is there a Gulf-front pool?
- Yes, a Gulf-front infinity-edge pool overlooking the dunes and the Gulf. It's heated during the cooler months.
- Is there a hot tub?
- Yes — a whirlpool spa. Palmera is among the closest poolside residences to it.
- Is there a fitness center?
- Yes, Adagio has an on-site fitness facility, an easy walk from Palmera.
- Are grills available?
- Yes — Adagio's premium Bull grills are right outside Palmera's front door.
- Can guests rent beach chairs?
- Yes. Beach chair and umbrella service is provided on site by La Dolce Vita (LDV). Reserve online in advance for a preferential set-up location. You can also rent day-of from the LDV attendant on the beach, first come, first served.
- Are bikes included?
- Yes — two complimentary adult bikes, courtesy of Adagio Rentals, are included with each booking. Stop by La Dolce Vita's (LDV) on-property office to pick up your bikes.
- Is parking available?
- Guests park within steps of Palmera's first-floor entrance. Specific parking allocation and pass details: TBD — pending owner confirmation.
- How far is Grayton Beach?
- Grayton Beach State Park is 3.8 miles — about an 8-minute drive east along Scenic Highway 30A.
- How far is Seaside?
- Seaside is about a 9-minute drive east along Scenic Highway 30A.
- Who manages Palmera?
- Palmera is privately owned. Reservations and guest services are handled by Adagio's on-site property management team, where the residence is listed as Adagio D101.
- Who do I contact if something comes up during my stay?
- Adagio's on-site property management team is your first call — they're right there and can resolve most things quickly. If an issue isn't resolved to your satisfaction, contact us, the owners, through our [contact form](/contact) or directly at palmera30a@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
- Will anyone call or stop by during our stay?
- No mid-stay check-in calls or visits — your vacation is yours. The on-site team is available when you need them, and you can always reach us through our [contact form](/contact). Otherwise you're left to enjoy your stay in peace.
