A 1,700-square-foot Gulf-front infinity-edge pool overlooking the Emerald Coast — heated during the cooler months.
Whirlpool spa
A whirlpool spa (hot tub) — Palmera is among the closest poolside residences to it.
Fitness center
An on-site fitness facility, an easy walk from Palmera's door.
Grilling areas
Premium Bull grills, including the ones immediately outside Palmera's front door.
Gulf-front lawn
A Gulf-front lawn for gathering, lounging and watching the sunset.
Beach service
On-site beach chair and umbrella service from La Dolce Vita (LDV). Reserve online in advance for a preferential set-up location. You can also rent day-of from the LDV attendant on the beach, first come, first served.
Bikes included
Two complimentary adult bikes, courtesy of Adagio Rentals, included with each booking. Stop by La Dolce Vita's (LDV) on-property office to pick up your bikes.
Gated community
Private, gated community off Scenic Highway 30A. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
